When did UTi Worldwide go public?
UTi Worldwide's initial public offering in the U.S. became effective on November 2, 2000. 4.7 million ordinary shares were offered by the Company for $15 per share. On November 15, 2000, the underwriters exercised their over-allotment option to purchase an additional 705,000 ordinary shares.
On December 13, 2002, the Company completed a follow-on public offering of 5,750,000 ordinary shares, including the underwriters' exercise of the over-allotment option, priced at $23 per share. Of these shares, UTi issued 4,600,000 new ordinary shares and an existing shareholder of the Company sold 1,150,000 previously issued and outstanding ordinary shares.
In connection with monetization transactions being conducted by United Service Technologies Limited (Uniserv), UTi's largest shareholder at the time, an underwritten offering of the Company's ordinary shares was completed on December 22, 2004. A total of 6,604,000 UTi Worldwide ordinary shares were sold, including the underwriters' exercise of 861,000 ordinary shares under the over-allotment option. UTi did not receive any proceeds from the sale of the shares by the sellers, nor did the Company issue any new ordinary shares in connection with the offering.
Prior to the November 2, 2000 U.S. offering, UTi's ordinary shares traded on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. -

UTi Worldwide's ordinary shares are traded under the symbol "UTIW" on the NASDAQ Global Select Market.

Does the Company pay dividends on its ordinary shares?
On June 13, 2012, UTi's board of directors declared its annual cash dividend of $0.06 per ordinary share, payable on July 23, 2012 to shareholders of record as of June 30, 2012. No assurances can be given that any dividends will be paid to the Company's shareholders in the future.

Have you had any stock splits?
On March 7, 2006, UTi's board of directors declared a three-for-one split of the Company's ordinary shares. Shareholders of record as of March 17, 2006 received two additional shares for each one share held as of March 7, 2006.
