UTi Worldwide To Report Fiscal 2002 Third Quarter Financial Results On December 4

Rancho Dominguez, CA - November 27, 2001 - UTi Worldwide Inc. (Nasdaq:UTIW) today announced that, prior to market open on Tuesday, December 4, 2001, the company will release financial results for its third fiscal quarter ended October 31, 2001. The company also said that Chief Executive Officer Roger I. MacFarlane and Chief Financial Officer Lawrence R. Samuels will host an investor conference call the same day at 6:00 a.m. PST (9:00 a.m. EST) to review the company's financials and operations for the quarter.
