UTi Worldwide today announced the strengthening of its global reach with the establishment of a fully operational office in Moscow. The company’s newest office is positioned to better serve the supply chain needs of customers worldwide as they increasingly recognize and move to capitalize on the vast opportunities in the emerging Russian market. Russia, one of the few major economic entities not yet a member of the 148-member World Trade Organization, is poised to become a major force in the East as it accelerates negotiations for accession to the group. UTi’s Moscow office, with seamless access to the company’s global network, features a complete range of import and export facilities, including collection, delivery, customs clearance, and transit cargoes.
