Juliet Evans serves as Vice President of Leadership and Performance Development. Prior to joining UTi, she served as the National Manager of Organizational Development at Toyota Financial Services, USA. Previously, Juliet was a consultant for McDonald Bradley Corporation where she provided change management and human performance solutions to a variety of Fortune 500 clients. She holds a B.A. in psychology, an M.A. in organizational psychology and is currently completing her requirements for a Ph.D. in psychology at Claremont Graduate University.
