on June 5.
Rancho Dominguez, CA - May 30, 2001 - UTi Worldwide Inc. (Nasdaq:UTIW) today
announced that, prior to market open on Tuesday, June 5, 2001, the company will
release financial results for its first fiscal quarter ended April 30, 2001.
The company also said that Chief Executive Officer Roger I. MacFarlane and
Chief Financial Officer Lawrence R. Samuels will host an investor conference
call the same day at 8:00 a.m. PDT (11:00 a.m. EDT) to review the company's
financials and operations for the quarter.
