Fourth Quarter and Year-End Financial Results on April 4.

(Nasdaq:UTIW) today announced that, prior to market open on
Wednesday, April 4, 2001, the company will release financial
results for its fiscal fourth quarter and year ended January 31,
2001.The company
also said that Chief Executive Officer Roger I. MacFarlane and
Chief Financial Officer Lawrence R. Samuels will host an investor
conference call the same day at 8:00 a.m. PST (11:00 a.m. EST) to
review the company’s financials and operations for the fourth
quarter and year.
The call will be open to all interested investors through a live,
