Corporate Governance

With a corporate presence in over 60 countries around the world, we come to the daily realization that we are truly a globally diverse company. Our way of operating reflects the many cultures of the world in which we do business. We have been highly successful over the years because we embrace our diversity as one of our unique strengths. This allows us to maintain a strong, wide ranging corporate governance program with systems and procedures that comply with our requirements as s public-listed company (UTIW Nasdaq).

This definition of Corporate Governance states our philosophy with our six Enterprise Principles, or "pillars of UTi values." We also stand by, and expect our global team members to adhere to and promote our Global Policies and Local Procedures, which outline the requirements and means of compliance.

"For all of us at UTi, Corporate Governance is the framework governing how each of us conducts UTi's business. This framework is a disciplined structure, and promotes fairness, transparency and accountability, that enables us to conduct business consistently throughout our organization while remaining agile and innovative. The framework comprises the six Enterprise Principles that set the tone and the global policies that are supported by local procedures and practices."
