As a global organization, UTi embraces the cultures of many nations. Our framework of Corporate Governance, therefore, reflects this global diversity while maintaining a strong system of governance to comply with our requirements as a publicly-listed company in the United States.

We have developed a broad definition of Corporate Governance, which states our understanding of Corporate Governance, along with six Enterprise Principles, or "pillars" of UTi's values, upon which our governance policies are built, and a series of Global Policies and Local Procedures which outline the requirements and means of compliance for our global team members.
